Arash has continued to build his strong resume, even during the Los Angeles Lakers season. He is a recent graduate of California State University at Fullerton in Business Administration with an emphasis on Operations Management. Coursework in Business Law, Managerial Accounting, Strategic Management, and the Principles of Marketing have contributed to Arash’s success at leveltwo, where he’s performed duties from project profitability analysis to management of budgets and day-to-day operations.

Arash comes to Level2Designs from a background outside of computers and the internet, complementing his studies in business with extensive experience in education and instruction, tackling roles from teaching physical education to camp directing and counseling. This outsider perspective has given Arash a unique ability to work both independently and in large group settings. His unofficial role as leveltwo’s jokester has also kept team morale high and defused tension.

The recent convergence of education and the internet has thrilled Arash, who would love one day to apply what he’s learned at leveltwo to further the legitimacy and success of the already burgeoning online education industry. When he’s not working, he’s staying clear of any movie starring Nicholas Cage or mulling whether to go “all in” with the pair of aces he’s holding.
