Daniel Stanton: CEO/Founder

Dedicated founder, internet junkie, and self-proclaimed “big dork”, Daniel started Level2Designs in 1996 and has been involved with web site design since his high school days. Daniel started working with graphic design software like Maya 3D and Photoshop at Import Nights when he wasn’t working on his import car. When asked by some of the folks at Import Nights to design a web page for their store, Daniel jumped at the chance to put his newly acquired skills to the test. He was so successful, he was designing web sites for car clubs and import tuners throughout Orange County shortly thereafter. Daniel worked for Ocen Communications, Integrity Training, and Junum.com during the DotCom era, but never abandoned his commitment to Level2Designs, and when Dotcom went Dotgone he committed himself fully to building up the company from its humble roots. As someone whose life has been driven by computers and the net, Daniel looks forward to the new era of information technology and the convergence of mobile devices with the internet, where PDA’s, Blackberries, iPhones and other devices instantly access information via the internet in locations that were once unimaginable. Daniel is a prototypical leader: He’s efficient, prepared, strives for maximum effort, and demands it from his co-workers. His educational pursuits groomed him for years of success, as he graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a concentration in business management and information systems.

That’s not to say Daniel is all business all the time. If he isn’t firing off an ill-delivered joke, he’s zipping passes across the basketball court or reading Ayn Rand novels and every issue of the Economist he can get his hands on. He’s also not afraid to tackle new endeavors and has already taken the reins on a new project – home improvement with his fiancée.
